Weight Watchers - No refund back

I started the program and july And I decided to cancel it on Monday in August and I felt I was going get every Refund because I paid some money. One of the teammate said i can't Delete the pay my mouth 3 months and I have to pay 39.95 the cancelation fee this is ridiculous how where should I pay if I cancel it this is so stupid their selfish and I just want money.

They advertise lose 10 lbs in 3 months, then when you do it in 1, they don’t honor it. Apparently buried deep in the “rules” is a disclaimer must be submitted by a certain day, and not when the program expires! Even their customer service reps don’t get it, took them...

Weight Watchers - Worst customer service and VERY MISLEADING PROMOS

Weight watchers makes it impossible to get any customer service help.... won’t email you back, blocks your emails, won’t call back and no mailing address or anyone but someone who live thousands of miles away to get in the way of getting any help. Misleading promotions on purpose and won’t honor them!!! They charge you and charge you and no help!!!!!! Disgusting in this day and age!

Weight Watchers - Horrible outsourced customer service

First of all they outsource to the *** Philippines. The people there are as dumb as dirt. I was inquiring about the teen program. The dumb *** blabbed for 15 minutes without being able to answer any questions. Then she put me on hold and came back only to say they don’t have the program. *** this stupid company and their outsourced dump employees.
