I had a monthly billing renewal date of the 9th of every month. I called today to cancel my account and they charged me anyway for an extra month.
In order to cancel your subscription, you must call the day BEFORE- which was not clearly explained at all. I had notes in my calendar to call today and was met with a terrible phone operator. HORRIBLE customer service. Danica was rude and the whole experience was very upsetting.
In this case, it is not really about the $20, it is more about the fact that they were willing to do nothing to help.
Danica repeated a script of "You accepted the terms and services." What a disappointment- sorry Weight Watchers- I will no longer be your customer. BOO!
