Taking subscription without warning

I had signed up for six months but they automatically took the next months fees of £16+ which I didn't want and couldn't afford. However, eventually, after leaving messages on their site I read contacted. They shan't reimburse me but shall stop taking further money, I hope! I'm not completely happy but they say they can't reimburse at all. This is not something they advise you against, so I've left various comments stating the facts.

Can't Cancel or remove my Credit Card Number

I've been attempting to cancel my unused subscription and am a wits end! I've gone online over a dozen times at different times trying to cancel.

I choose the cancelation option that you have to look for forever, then it prompts you to enter and reenter your login credentials. Then it shows the message, "Network difficulties - try again later"!

I'm fed up! Don't sign up if you think you might ever want to cancel your subscription.

I haven't used WW for nearly a year and there is no device connected to my plan because I haven't used it in months. And I can't cancel their charges each month for $21.95!

No follow up on cancellation. Not even a phone call from WW. Kind of sad it being so large, that Customer service isn’t good. I think this has changed my views on the company completely. Sorry to say.

Cancellation was not recorded and with follow up calls, no one ever called after attempting varies ways. Had to go through Apple to cancel but I wanted to speak to someone at WW. No in between person

Poor customer service after waiting 45 minutes on hold and only got recorded message. Had to dial another phone number to get further assistance just to delete my acct. This is just I inexcusable without getting my issue resolved

Refund

I signed up for 3 months. The website auto renewed me $22.95 on saturday the 2nd of the month. Then I spent 45 min trying to log into my account with an online chat. Once I finally got into the app, they charged me the $22.95 PLUS now an ADDITIONAL $42.95 for canceling early. I called the 800 # and of course they are closed. Never again will I support this program.

After spending over 4 hours trying to do something on line and with chat people also. Waste of my time and very frustrating! I finally called and had my problem resolved within 2 minutes by talking!

I can't update my payment information. I have had to rest my password 5 times today and it still dates it is not avoid. I spent over 4 hours on line and with chat people and could not get this resolved! Finally called 800 number and was resolved in 2 minutes. Online helps sucks! No personal contact! Very happy with my personal contact person! I give her a 10 and the chat a 3!

I was charged $25.30. I am still within 2 pounds of my WW goal. I understood that if you were within 2 pounds of your goal that you would not be charged. I went various times to a weight watchers studio to get weighed and they were closed.

For months now, I cannot reach anyone live...No One. It's all automated and absolutely no personal contact. Disgusting that such a big business and they don't have time to talk to prospective member. So, it's Profit over People!
